Allen was told in 2020 that she had a tumor in her knee and was later diagnosed with a stage 3 synovial sarcoma, a “rare and aggressive cancer.” Allen entered remission in 2021 after undergoing “strong protocols for radiation, chemotherapy and surgery”.
A few months later, a scan showed that Allen’s cancer had spread to her lungs and she was diagnosed with stage 4 synovial sarcoma. She recorded treatments on Tiktok and Instagram pages, amassing more than 190,000 followers respectively.
