She added: “When I go home and restart [around the outset of the pandemic]I immediately thought that I would make an incredible garden. The garden is a metaphor: you can plant the garden again every year and rotate the crops. I started learning a lot and thought, “This is what I want to live in.’’

Anderson showed her garden in a photo shared on Instagram and revealed that gardening is a family matter for her and her son Brandon and Dylan Lee.

“I already had it. It was smaller; I expanded it,” she said. “I had to fence the deer, so my sons were involved and we designed this huge garden. It was much bigger than I thought! We could feed a lot of food libraries, soup kitchens, churches, neighbors, neighbors and family and friends.”
