A person accused Throw a sandwich A U.S. Customs and Border Protection agent in Washington, D.C. is charged with assaulting a federal official — a felony that could result in up to one year in prison and a major fine.

The person captured in the current viral videos was identified as Sean Charles Dunn, 37, and can be seen yelling “Fascist!”. and “Shame!” They patrol the area while a group of officers patrolled Sunday night.

Local bus police detective Daina Henry detailed the dispute in the criminal lawsuit, accusing Dunn of pointing his finger at the official’s face and shouting, “Fuck you! You fuck fascist! Why are you here, I don’t want you in my city?

The incident broke out due to Donald Trump’s imminent takeover of DC and his administration’s impending ruthless implementation of his anti-immigration agenda.

On Tuesday, the president deployed the first round of federal agents, including officials from the FBI, the Drug Enforcement Bureau and the Department of Homeland Security, and dozens of National Guard units, who said the operation had just begun.

Trump cited an unprecedented clause that allowed the federal government to temporarily take over police departments in the area, calling on Congress to grant him the powers he gave him Long-term careerbut told reporters there are other ways to expand his control. “If it’s a national emergency, we can do that without Congress,” he said during a visit to the Kennedy Center.

Trump threatened to send federal officials and military personnel to other U.S. cities, too.

Dunn’s case was filed in Washington State District Court, led by former Fox News host and Trump-appointed man Jeanine Pirro, who threatened to sue him entirely. She has been outspoken in supporting the president’s plan to combat crime.

“President Trump vowed to be safe and beautiful again,” she said in a video posted on social media. “The president’s message to the criminals is: If you spit, we hit it.”

“This guy thinks it’s funny,” she continued. “Well, he doesn’t think it’s funny today because we charged him with felony crimes and attacked a policeman.”

She added that she and her team would “attribute the police to the hilt.”

Dunn has not publicly commented on the allegations or incidents, and the court records have not yet listed attorneys for him or any of the planned court hearings.

In the video, the officer appears to be unharmed by the sandwich, and the video photographer zoomed in to show that it is still completely wrapped in subway wrappers, and it lands on the street.

After he threw the sandwich, agents and others can be seen chasing him. Henry accused Dunn of being arrested shortly afterward in a criminal lawsuit and later said: “I did. I threw a sandwich.”
