president Donald Trump He said Saturday that he nominated U.S. State Department spokesman Tammy Bruce as the next deputy representative of the United Nations.

“I am pleased to announce that I am nominating the great patriot, television celebrity and bestselling author Tammy Bruce as our next deputy US representative and as ambassador position,” the president wrote on social media.

“Tami has been the State Department spokesperson since the start of her second term, where she did a great job. Tammy Bruce will be a great representation of our country at the United Nations. Congratulations Tammy!”

Bruce defends Trump administration Immigration Policy and its position in the wars between Ukraine and Gaza.

She was a long-time conservative commentator and contributor to Fox News before Trump attacked a State Department spokesperson.
