A wastewater management tunnel in Wilmington, Los Angeles collapsed, stolen 27 workers underground. CBSNews, a BBC report partner, said four other workers tried to help their colleagues after the bankruptcy. Due to more than 100 emergency personnel, all 31 workers were safely rescued after about an hour. No injuries. The project is now in possession pending investigation. Mayor Karen Bass will meet some men once he is on the ground.
