How Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk plays a key role in Trump’s 2024 victory

Charlie Kirk becomes a conservative powerhouse

Kirk, who grew up in a suburb of Chicago, started political activities in high school, volunteered in Illinois during the 2010 campaign for the former Republican Senator Mark Kirk.

After last year’s decision by federal election regulators, the turning point also helped the Trump team’s grassroots organization and canvassing efforts, allowing candidates’ movements to work directly with external political groups.

“This is where statistics are not there. There are seven countries on seven battlefields, six out of seven, and there are huge gains among young voters,” John Brabender, a long-time Republican strategist, told Fox News. “No one understands that Charlie Kirk is the main reason that happens, and it will be difficult.”

“You can easily make the argument that Charlie Kirk not only puts a significant effort in the election, but ultimately makes President Trump’s efforts stand out.”

A democratic strategist who served on the Biden and Harris campaigns noted Kirk’s huge followers and acknowledged his efforts to help boost Trump’s key youth vote.

Democrats are trying to imitate Kirk’s efforts to Dream America in a grassroots youth organization founded two years ago.

The group described its mission on its website as “establishing a turning point for the left.”
