“I want to give Jody the benefit of doubt. We have to give her a chance,” Nanny, 82, said in the episode of Lifetime Docuseries on Tuesday, September 9. “If Chase decides to marry her, we will have to go to the wedding.”
Savannah, 28, replied: “Niang, no. I don’t have to go. No, I’m not. If you want me to go, then they’ll say, ‘Is anyone against it?’ I’ll say, ‘I do.'”
The babysitter told Savannah that she didn’t have ” [Jodi] Opportunity,” in her relationship with Chase, 29.
Savannah replied: “I don’t have to give anyone a chance.”
The babysitter disagrees because Chase has “already asked” Jody’s father allows the proposal.
“It shows you how stupid he is,” Savannah said. “He wasn’t even together. He lives with his grandparents. So, should you get married and live with your grandparents? This is the stupidest S*** I’ve ever heard of.”

Savannah quipped that as they talked, she would “come an agreement” with the babysitter.
She continued, “You’re just hanging out with her, hanging out for both of us.” “I don’t even hang out with my own brother, I won’t hang out with her.”
When Nanny says she feels sad about Chase, Savannah wonders why her grandmother “encourages” him to make suggestions. (Savannah told the audience in her confession that Chase “had a hard time compared to reality.”)
Savannah added: “Sannah, she moved here, she lives here, what’s the year? No job.” The Nanny does know where Savannah comes from.
“She had a great job in New Orleans, and when she was tied up with Chase, Jody gave up her job and moved to Nashville,” Nanni said. “Give her some time and she’s in love.”
Chase and Jodi made their relationship public in November 2023. At that time, she lived in Louisiana. Jody explained in a repentance on Tuesday’s episode that she and Chase decided to “give up the distance” and that she moved. Jodi’s move abandoned her job as a doctor assistant in laser technology.
Grayson Chrisley Missed the lunch conversation between Savannah and Nanny as he was on the phone, but imposed a trade-off when he returned, calling Chase’s potential advice “the stupidest decision he has made.”
