Minister of Health and Human Services Robert Kennedy Jr. Find yourself in the arena Thursday morning.
Room 215 of the Dickson Senate Office Building is not a regular “arena”. It’s the hearing room of the Senate Finance Committee, but the situation turns the room into such a place.
Kennedy was originally scheduled to appear in front of the Senate Finance Team before August “occurred”, but Kennedy’s “August” was particularly focused on Kennedy’s appearance.
Jr. RFK Jr. fired newly confirmed Director of Disease Control Susan Monarez – four weeks after Senator Green’s nomination and released new, strict, controversial eligibility guidelines for people to get a booster for COVID-19 this fall.

The forum is hostile. Kennedy’s hearing quickly turned into an oral judo game. He had a quarrel with senators from both sides. They have troubled science and politics, but at the heart of the conflict is the internal unrest at the CDC and vaccines.
“Do you accept the fact that one million Americans died from Kuvid?” Kennedy’s D-Va. Senator Mark Warner asked.
Kennedy replied: “I don’t know how many people died.”
Warner is in trouble.
“You are the Secretary of Health and Human Services. You don’t know how many Americans die from Covid?” asked an incredible Warner.
“I don’t think anyone knows because there’s a lot of data confusion in the CDC,” Kennedy replied.

This confused Warner.
“The Secretary of Health and Human Services doesn’t know how many people died from Kuved? Don’t know if the vaccine helps prevent any deaths. And you’re the Secretary of Health and Human Services.” “How could you be so ignorant?”

That’s just part of the Democrat’s step down as Kennedy.
“Your facts are really wrong,” the secretary accused D-wash while he was struggling with Maria Cantwell.
Washington Democrats don’t.
“You disturbed me,” Cantwell said. “You are the one who combines chronic diseases with those who need vaccines.” ”
“You are putting the health of babies in the United States at risk. The health of older people in the United States. The health of all Americans is at risk. You should quit.” Senator Elizabeth WarrenD-Mass.
Once, RFK Jr. quarreled with D-Colo’s Senator Michael Bennet.
Kennedy shouted to the Senator: “You are exploring this problem.”

Bennet does not allow witnesses to flip the script.
“I’m asking questions here! I’m asking questions!” Thor Bennett. “I ask questions on behalf of parents, schools and teachers in the United States of America and they deserve much better leadership than you.”

But the secretary gave him the excellence.
Kennedy faces Senator Maggie Hassan, DN.H.
He went on to accuse Hassan of “crazy talk” and claimed she was “just figuring it out.”

He told Warren, “Anyone can get a booster.”
“So you mean that this is the official rule now. Is it only anyone who walks into the pharmacy to qualify for a booster?” Inquiry Warren.
“It is not recommended for healthy people,” Kennedy said.
“No, no!” refuted Warren. “If you don’t recommend it, the consequence in many states is that you can’t walk into a pharmacy and get a pharmacy.”

Senate majority whip John Barrasso (R-Wyo).

“We’re playing with fire here,” warned Tillis, who was outside the hearing room. “If the mortality rate of unvaccinated children rises, they need to have it.
RFK JR denies telling former CDC supervisor to approve vaccine recommendations
Senate Health Committee Chairman Bill Cassidy is R-La. He is a gastroenterologist. He expressed doubts about Kennedy’s qualifications for work – before the final vote decided to confirm him. Cassidy seems confused about the secretary’s position on the vaccine.
“Do you agree with my consent that the president deserves a Nobel Prize scholarship?” asked Cassidy about the Trump administration’s efforts to shoot 19 fast shots in 2020.
“Yes, definitely a senator. It’s amazing,” Kennedy replied.

“But you just told Senator Bennett that the number of people killed by making the vaccine exceeds Kuved?” Cassidy said.
“Wait! I didn’t say that!” Kennedy fired, but Cassidy had no experience.
“I was surprised that when you were an attorney, you were trying to limit access, you were acting so fast to the twist speed,” Cassidy said.

During the hearing, Kennedy repeatedly claimed that he canned Monarez as the head of the CDC because she didn’t tell the truth.
“You are telling us that the former CDC head went to you and you asked, ‘Are you a trustworthy person?’ She said, “No, I’m not a trustworthy person.” ”
“She didn’t say ‘No. I’m not a trustworthy person.’ She said: “No.” “JFK said.
“Wow!” Sanders shouted.

R-Kan’s Senator Roger Marshall is an ob-gyn who defends the firing – although President Trump’s nominations to Monarez and Marshall just supported her confirmation in July.
“I voted for her. I made a mistake. I thought she could do the job. But unfortunately, she was not part of the mission of Secretary Kennedy to reverse the CDC,” Marshall said.
As we said, August “has happened.”
VP Vance curses the senator at Kennedy’s hearing: “Filled with S —Everyone knows this”
R-Wisc. Senator Ron Johnson criticized colleagues who attacked Kennedy, noting that each senator has only five minutes to question the secretary.
“Thank you for your willingness to serve and endure this abuse,” Johnson told Kennedy. “Five minutes have not even refuted all the falsehoods that were full of confidence at this hearing.”
Vice President JD Vance Also riding Kennedy’s aid, he posted on social media that “The Democrats are absolutely burned by @seckennedy”.
He added that Democrats are “full of people and everyone knows.”

The turmoil is not over yet. Kennedy told the Senator that he might fire other CDC officials. One can imagine that if there is a surge, then there may be problems with Covid-19 this fall and winter.
Senate Finance Committee Chairman Michael Crapo R-Idaho awarded panel member Ron Wyden, the top Democratic Senator, with some additional questions at the end of the hearing. Crabbe then asked Kennedy if he would like to add any closing words.
Kennedy refused the invitation.
He said, “I will pity everyone and let us get off.”
Until he entered the arena further.
