Vice President JD Vance The United States “has no war with Iran” but a war with Iran’s nuclear program, which was “substantially” by the U.S. strike.
Vance praised President Donald Trump for his “decisive action to destroy the program” during his ABC appearance “this week” and expressed “incredible gratitude” to the U.S. military, saying he said they flew thousands of miles in a 30-hour uninterrupted flight, “never touched the ground”, never touched the ground” and dropped 30,000 pounds of bomb bombs surrounding a size bomb,” he said.
“There is no military training, skills and equipment in the world to do what these guys did last night,” Vance said. “I know the president and we both are proud of them and I think all they do is achieve a very core American national goal. Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon program. The president is very clear about that, and because of the heroism and ability and skill of our great pilots and everyone who supports this mission, we have taken this major step, and we have taken this major goal.”
Vance would not disclose too much sensitive information about the mission, which reportedly involved 125 aircraft.

ABC’s Jonathan Karl asked the vice president: “Can you say with certainty that Iran’s nuclear program has been destroyed now?”
“I don’t want to get into sensitive intelligence here, but we know we set up the Iran nuclear program back last night. Whether it’s years or later, we know Iran will even take a long time to do it. Build nuclear weapons If they want to,” Vance said.
The scope of damage, the vice president once again refused to disclose sensitive intelligence, but added: “I am very confident that I can say to the American people with confidence that they are far away from the nuclear program today than they did 24 hours ago.”
“This is the purpose of the mission – to destroy that Fudo nuclear power plant – of course, it has also caused damage to other locations,” he said. “But we are very confident that the Fudo nuclear website has been basically restored, and this is our goal.”

“My message to the Iranians is the stupidest thing in the world,” Vance said of potential revenge after the U.S. strike. “If you look at what happened last night, our goal for nuclear facilities is an incredible, precise surgical strike, which is the goal of the U.S. action. Our national interest is to keep Iran from getting nuclear weapons. Our strike last night contributed to this national goal. If Iranians want to expand this by attacking the U.S. forces, I think it’s a catastrophic mistake.”
Vance reiterated what Trump mentioned in his White House speech Saturday night that the United States wants Iran to peacefully abandon its nuclear program – but allowing Iran to obtain nuclear weapons is still not on the table.

“The United States will never let Iran have nuclear weapons. So, they do have to choose a path,” Vance told Vance. “Whether they want to follow the path of ongoing war, Financing terrorism, Looking for nuclear weapons? Or are they going to give up nuclear weapons permanently with us? If they are willing to choose the smart path, they will surely find a willing partner in the United States to remove the nuclear weapons program. ”
He also issued a warning.
“But if they decide to attack our troops, if they decide to continue trying to build nuclear weapons. Then we will respond to this with overwhelming force. So, in fact, what happens next depends on the Iranians.”

“Any retaliation by Iran against the United States of America will suffer much more than the force witnessed tonight,” Trump warned on Saturday. US Army Trump has carried out “huge precision strikes” over the years on three major nuclear facilities of the Iranian regime: Fordo, Natanz and Isfahan, what Trump calls “terrible destructive enterprises” over the years, and has now been completely “completely and completely eliminated.”
