First on Fox: two Illegal immigration Earlier this week, Guatemala, currently living in the U.S., was charged with rape, aggravated sodomy and abducted women from Oklahoma casinos.
The victim told police that she was against her will by two illegal immigrants, in violation of her first council casino and resort in Newkilk, Oklahoma, and was repeatedly raped and beaten while traveling from Oklahoma to Arkansas City, Kansas.
Luis Miguel Dominguez-Barrios, an illegal immigrant from Guatemala, illegally crossed the southern border on August 31, 2013, and was subsequently released by the Obama administration.
Dominguez-Barrios has been arrested for misconduct, domestic violence and threats to law enforcement officers.

Jose Fernando-Lux Morales, also an illegal immigrant from Guatemala, illegally crossed the southern border in 2018, crossing it illegally.
Dominguez-Barrios is currently held in a $1 million deposit after being charged with rape, serious criminals and aggravated kidnapping, and his so-called accomplice Fernando-Lux Morales is held in a $500,000 bond to cause serious kidnapping.
The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has also dealt with arresting detainees, who asked local law enforcement to notify Ice before potentially releasing offenders and detain individuals up to 48 hours before the scheduled release time to allow immigration agencies to assume custody.

“Degenerate violent predators like Luis Miguel Dominguez-Barrios and Jose Fernando-Lux Morales have no place in our country,” Department of Homeland Security Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin told Fox News Digital. “Under the leadership of President Trump and Secretary Norm, vicious criminals who abduct and sexually assault women will face the consequences of heinous crimes and will never be allowed to prey on innocent Americans again.”
McLaughlin added: “Ice’s arrest detainees ensure that these illegal foreigners will never walk freely on American streets again.”
According to McLaughlin, the DHS has arrested more than 359,000 illegal foreigners and as of Monday, more than 332,000 have been arrested.

The Kansas Arkansas Police Department told Fox News Digital that they were unable to comment on what was going on, and Oklahoma’s first casino and resort could not comment.
