State Rep. Rachel Rodriguez-Williams, who chairs the conservative Wyoming Freedom Caucus, blew up Barlow in a statement that emailed her to Fox News Digital, claiming he was “not conservative enough” about the country.
“If Wyoming’s last two election cycles have taught us anything, then Wyoming wants real conservative leadership.
