First on Fox: On Monday, several illegal immigrants convicted of serious crimes were deported back to East Asian countries, the Ministry of Homeland Security announced.
Twelve were sent to dismissal orders by federal immigration judges, including some dating back to 2003.
“Obstructing murder investigations, child sex crimes and drug trafficking: these are just crimes for these outrageously illegal foreigners. Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin said in a statement.

McLaughlin added: “Under Trump’s President and Secretary Noem, the United States is no longer a safe haven for criminals in the world. Despite the many bans on activist judges, ICE still evacuates criminal illegal foreigners on the streets of the United States.”

Sai Vang, 39, was convicted for “assisting and obstructing the investigation of first-degree murder” and is a member of the gang. Sokhorn Ngem, 56, was convicted for “first-degree crime” and “distribution of sexually explicit material to minors.”
Lue Kong, 43, was convicted of “first-degree criminal sexual conduct” for a child under 13 years of age.

Seng Kghang, 8, was convicted of “third-degree crime”, one of whom was aged 13 to 15. Wa Kong Lor, 33, was convicted of “breaking in and entering” the vehicle in order to steal, as well as weapons and drug crimes. Su Yang, 47, was charged with robbery Toledo, Ohio.
Fue Yang, 45, broke and entered theft of property, illegally “driving” the vehicle and hid the stolen items he obtained due to a “second-level house invasion”.
Meanwhile, Soun Vongrasamy, 64, was convicted of a cocaine-related offence.

Bounthavy Phenglavanh, 45, was convicted of delivering or manufacturing ecstasy. Pang Ngia Hang, 54, was convicted on charges of bank fraud.
Sengaroun Phenglavanh, 47, has been convicted of multiple drug and gun crimes. Phouvanh Manivong, 51, was convicted of “felony attempted theft and felony theft.”
