Exclusive: In a sharp condemnation, Kentucky congressman presses California’s top environmental agencies after learning that the state may ignore three key reversals in Congress Electric Vehicle Standard.

The committee acknowledged that lawsuits against California Attorney General Robert Bonta are still ongoing, but the intermission does not allow the state to continue to perform tasks under the Knicks’ waiver.

The committee further claims that Carb’s online “repository” of vehicles for 2026 vehicles indicate that the board has “approved only” vehicles certified under the ACC-II green regulations.
They ended with the requested documents, indicating whether Carb continued to enforce Congress’s car, truck or Omnibus regulations, as well as all records from the first year of the year to regulations and Biden-era exemptions.
