Always suspecting the car hijacking during the police pursuit

Two armed carjackers led police through the pursuit in Los Angeles, California after stealing three vehicles, including tanker vans. According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, authorities initially responded to the reported car theft. The suspects gave up their first vehicle after stealing the tanker truck, and later they abandoned it. Eventually, they hijacked a pickup truck near downtown Los Angeles, which was later abandoned. No arrests. The driver of the tanker truck managed to escape.
