Then Carrie bumps into her former neighbor Lis (Katerina Tannanbaum), she moved into Carrie’s unit when she left Gramercy Park.

Seema assured Carrie that she was just asking for commercial purposes and Carrie quickly refocused. “I’m sorry. I feel a lot about the apartment these days.” She explained, admitting she was “a little scared” about going to Lisette’s residence. “I think it might make me sad, or be there again. What if I miss it?”
Seema reminds Carrie that the place is a “trash dump” compared to her current residence. “Do you miss broken wood products? She asked. Carrie nodded.
As she attended Lisette’s party, Carrie walked into the almost unrecognizable apartment. A wall divides the entrance into two parts, and Carrie is confused when introducing Lisette’s roommate Ezekiel. While having a big parade with Lisette, she finds another wall separates the bedroom.
“I feel like Alice in Wonderland,” Carrie said, before pouring herself and Lis.
Lisette went on to explain that the arrangement was not just for the rent burden, but about her “scareless” about living alone. “I thought I would like it over the years, but I didn’t dig it at all. … Didn’t it bother you? Living alone in that big house?” she asked.
