Hakabi visits Gaza and slams Hamas to rob humanitarian aid supplies

The United Nations and the GHF have been in conflict since the U.S.-backed organizations began distributing aid in May. Huckabee and Witkoff’s visits are as the Trump administration appears to shift its messaging over the humanitarian crisis in Gaza. When in Scotland this week, the president Donald Trump Committed to establish a new food center in Gaza with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. When Trump said he saw “real hunger in Gaza,” Netanyahu sent the opposite message completely.

“There is no hunger in Gaza, no hunger policy in Gaza, and I assure you that we are committed to achieving our war goals,” Netanyahu said in a video statement on X.

On Friday, Trump tells Axios He is developing plans to “attract people” in Gaza. The media noted that the president was worried about hunger in Gaza but blamed Hamas. Additionally, Trump told Axios that Witkoff was “doing well” but he has not received a briefing from his envoy.
