The Justice Department confirmed on Monday that it has received a criminal referral from National Intelligence Director Tulsi Gabbard in connection with her bombshell intelligence” Fox News confirmed that in order to create a narrative that Russia is trying to influence the 2016 presidential election.
The Justice Department declined to comment further, but confirmed to Fox News that the department accepted a referral.
