First on Fox: A conservative legal group revealed a series of letters from the Biden administration on Friday Ministry of Justice (Judgement Department) New light on the memorandum behind the scenes of the school board written by former Attorney General Merrick Garland.
The document dump includes an email from an aide to the deputy attorney general that the Justice Department is looking for a “federal hook” to address a letter from the National School Board Association (NSBA) that alerts parents who express their anger to school board meetings across the country.
Deputy Attorney General Kevin Chambers wrote to colleagues on October 1.

Garland sent instructions to the FBI in October 2021 regarding “disturbing threats of harassment, intimidation and violence.”
Garland said at a congressional hearing that shortly thereafter, he issued the order after sending a letter to the White House, which the NSBA then withdrew, requiring the White House to investigate parents who were as threatening as possible at school board meetings.
These emails were first found in the United States. Its President Gene Hamilton said in a statement that the emails indicated that “conspiracy ultimately aims to deprive parents of two fundamental rights – the right to speak, and the right to guide growing up as children.”
The revelation comes at a time when the White House changed its pose during the Trump administration to openly coordinate with the Justice Department to investigate the president’s enemies. Trump signed an execution order in April directing the Justice Department to investigate former homeland security official Miles Taylor and former cybersecurity official Christopher Krebs. Fox News Numbers Report This week, the White House lawyer’s office is coordinating with the Justice Department to investigate Biden’s use of automatic opening.

Recently, a Justice Department employee suspected of CBS News fired the Trump administration that has cancelled policies that coordinate with the White House.
“There was a line that used to be a very different separation between the White House and the Justice Department because one should not interfere with the work of another,” the former employee said. “That line must have disappeared.”
