Exclusive: Senator Ron Johnson asks the National Archive to read all records related to the former president Joe Biden “Physical and mental health and cognitive decline,” Fox News Digital learned.

Johnson leads the Senate Permanent Committee’s Investigation Subcommittee, and he says he’s now working on “Former President Biden’s health cover and cognitive decline. ”
“My office has been reviewing allegations that former President Biden, cabinet members and his staff have covered up his physical and mental health while serving as president,” Johnson wrote.

“One of these key decisions could involve the president’s authority to grant leniency or pardon, an issue currently being investigated by the White House lawyers’ office,” Johnson wrote.

Fox News Digital exclusively reported that the White House lawyer’s office, together with the Justice Department, investigated Biden’s use of automatic opening and has reviewed more than 27,000 documents reviewed by the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA).
“The report further suggests that these records represent only a portion of the information Nara has, which may be related to the cover-up related to former President Biden’s alleged mental and physical decline,” Johnson wrote.
Johnson now asks Nara to give all records provided to the White House lawyer’s office, referring to Biden’s mental or physical health or so-called cover-up, including all communications.
Johnson also requested communication between any former White House official, Biden Cabinet members or their employees or other employees related to Biden’s mental or physical health.

Specifically, Johnson demands belong to former White House Chief of Staff Ron Klain, former White House Chief of Staff Jeff Zients, former adviser Mike Donilon, adviser to former President Steve Ricchetti, Biden’s personal attorney Bob Bauer, Biden (Bob Bauer), former White House doctor Kevin O’Conconnor and others.
Johnson gave Rubio until July 30 to flip the record.

After swearing to the American people for a few months, he signed a pardon by hand, and he would not pardon Hunter.

In the final weeks of his tenure, Biden granted leniency and pardoned more than 1,500 people, which the White House described as the biggest leniency of the U.S. president.

“We are talking about (granting leniency) a lot of people,” Biden said.

However, the Times reported that according to the former president and his aides, Biden “has not individually approved a classified pardon applicable to a large number of people.”
Congressional committees, such as the House Oversight Committee, are also investigating the use of autonomous driving and Biden’s health.
A senior administration official recognized the same efforts but stressed that the White House lawyers’ investigation was separate from any congressional investigation.

Officials told Fox News numbers that the investigation was a “huge effort” and they hope to be done as soon as possible.
As for Trump, officials told Fox News numbers that he did not use automatic opening to do anything that could be considered a formal business.
His office said the only time Trump could use to open automatically is informal business, including letters, birthday letters or commissioned records of widely shared documents.
