U.S. drops charges against doctors accused of destroying Covid vaccines

Attorney General Pam Bondi said she has ordered the charges to be dropped

The U.S. Attorney General has ordered the revocation of doctors accused of destroying a $28,000 (£20,742) Covid-19 vaccine, distributed fake vaccination record cards and shot children instead of vaccines as required by parents.

Pam Bondi said Michael Kirk Moore Jr., who served in the Biden administration in 2023, sued him.

Plastic surgeons are already under trial in Utah and he pleads not guilty to all charges including conspiracy to deceive the United States.

Utah’s acting U.S. Attorney Felice John Viti dismissed the charges Saturday, saying it was “for the benefit of the judiciary.”

Dr. Moore is accused of providing fraudulently completed vaccination certificates for more than 1,900 vaccine doses, the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Utah Say 2023.

These are allegedly provided at a fee of $50 (£37) without administering the vaccine in exchange for direct cash payments or donations to specific charities.

The government also accused him of giving his children salt water at the request of his parents so that “kids think they are receiving the Covid-19-19 vaccine.”

He is accused of being with his company – the Utah Institute of Plastic Surgery – and three other people seeking to deceive the U.S. and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

Bondi Written on X On Saturday, she ordered the Justice Department to waive the charges because Dr. Moore “should not have encountered the imprisonment he faces.”

Lee thanked the Attorney General for “standing with countless official lies, missions and Americans during lockdowns.”

Dr. Moore and other defendants face 35 years in prison on multiple charges, according to the Associated Press News.
