Exclusive: The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigation Department arrested an alleged MS-13 Kingpin and MS-13 assistant in Nebraska on Wednesday.
Kingpin is on the “Top 100 Most Wanted” list in El Salvador, but his name has not been released by authorities. According to an ice press release, he was wanted, “the homicide of five victims, attempts to aggravate homicide, deprivation of liberty and affiliation of terrorist organizations.”
“These illegal foreigners not only sneak into our country, but also bring a legacy of violence, terror and death,” said Mark Zito Ice, a special agent in charge of Kansas City. “They think they can hide in the heart of the United States, but sadly it’s mistakes, not on our watches.”

In addition, colleagues of “MS-13 gang members and foreign terrorists” were also wanted in Central American countries for suspected crimes committed by members of the gang. Murder and drug trafficking According to ICE, he was also taken to federal detention centers.
The arrest was considered a “targeted law enforcement action” in Omaha, and authorities said the two were a “serious threat” to the area.
Both live illegally in the United States, and the investigation is conducted by ICE and Alcohol, Tobacco, Guns and Explosives Bureau.

Lyons, acting director of the ICE, said in a statement. “The misinformation, sometimes blatantly lying around the country, could lead someone to step into federal operations and suddenly find themselves face to face with a killer who has no loss.”

“Even if you don’t know that the threat exists, our ICE officials and brokers are protecting your community, so either support them or avoid the threat,” Lyons added.
In the video of being arrested on the road, one of the men was seen quickly raising their hands after being stopped by agents wearing “ATF police” and “Homeland Security Investigation”.

The ICE press release said the arrests had “no incidents”.

The arrest is because ICE has been conducting law enforcement operations across the country, as the agency continues to emphasize the arrest and Criminal charges.
