sAfter turning point, the United States closed its office when it learned about it Charlie Kirk’s Death On Wednesday afternoon, the front door of the Political Influence Network headquarters became a memorial to its degenerate founder.

Many mourners bring flowers and American flags to office buildings PhoenixArizona, place them in front of Kirk’s large, black and white photos.

When a white van and a police patrol vehicle blocked the main parking lot, the staff directed approaching men and women, it would take about 10 minutes to pay tribute.

Jacob Kaufman discovered Kirk’s death while on a shift at a nearby In-N-Out Burger. The 24-year-old said he was planning to buy flowers right away — he has been following Kirk since the 2020 election and following his college campus debate video.

“I saw the video of it, it was shocking,” Kaufman said. “I was praying for his family because, in the end, two little ones would grow up without a father. He wouldn’t teach his son how to ride a bike. He wouldn’t take his daughter to the aisle.”

Kaufman spent several hours at the turning point office after putting down flowers and praying with the mourners.

Sean Fowler, 41, said he also put aside his work after hearing Kirk was shot and spent two painful uncertainties before Donald Trump announced Kirk’s death from injury.

Fowler worked for Kirk for more than eight years. He is similar to President John F Kennedy’s assassination, which Fowler said shows that “unpopular opinions will be oppressed.”

“(Kirke) created a movement throughout the country, and more of the world. I mean, the impact he had was in the tens of millions or hundreds of millions of dollars that could be,” Fowler said. “So it’s an extremely small gesture to take a moment and pay tribute.”

Kirk, 31, A provocateura close allies of Trump and a split character, deported youth recruitment to the US president’s Maga movement to become the co-founder of the American turn.

As more visitors filter around 5 p.m., the turning point staff began pinning the bet to the ground to lift a large sign in front of the building. Next to the logo is the image of Kirk and the turning point logo, “May Charlie be received into the merciful weapon of our loving Savior Jesus.” Next to the logo, they put a tin trough to collect the flowers.

Jackie Graham, 48, added a bouquet of flowers to the memorial at the entrance of the headquarters. She found Kirk’s death on Instagram, and at first, she held hope. Last year, when Trump was grazed by a bullet from Butler, Pennsylvania, it was not clear that he was OK.

“But then the report started to flow in. It was like, blood flowing in, it wouldn’t happen. It was just pure sadness.”

To the east of Phoenix headquarters, about 100 people gathered on the grass in Scottsdale Park. As the sun sets on Wednesday night, a Catholic priest leads them to pray for the Rosary, for the eternal rest of the dead soul.

John Yep, a friend of Kirk, president of the religious political activist group Catholics, spoke to the crowd before praying. He grew up several blocks from Kirk in Chicago, Illinois, and recalled trying to bring him into the Catholic faith.

“Charlie’s mission. He felt the call deep inside,” YEP said. “It’s not about politics, it’s about Jesus’ love, driving him to turn around by creating America to do what he did.”

The participants ended their prayers by singing God bless America. Afterwards, Grant Gaylord stood with a parishioner, stretching his fingers across several rosary necklaces around his neck. Gaylord said he was not very involved in politics, but Kirk attended Mass at his church, St. Bernardette.

“It really touched my heart in a unique and profound way to see him explore the Catholic faith with an honest heart.”

Gaylord didn’t consider Kirk’s death politically. Instead: “It’s just a loss of the sacredness of every human life,” he said.

Meanwhile, Brian Bouterie, wearing a red magazine hat, said Kirk would one day become a great presidential candidate. Bouterie’s son went to school with Kirk’s wife Erika Lane Frantzve, who grew up in the Catholic community in Scottsdale.

After hearing about Kirk’s death, Butri said: “Crying and tears involved immediately.”
