Charlie KirkConservative commentator and head of U.S. turn points were shot dead after giving a speech at the University of Utah at Orem University in Utah on Wednesday, Sept. 10. He is 31 years old.
“It is our turning point The heart of the U.S. leadership team is a heavy heart to inform you that Charlie is in heaven with the eternal reward of Jesus Christ earlier this afternoon.” A statement issued by the turning point Wednesday night.
President Donald Trump Kirk’s death was also reported through the Society of Truth.
“The great and even legendary Charlie Kirk is dead,” he wrote. “No one understands or possesses the heart of American youth better than Charlie. Everyone loves and admiresespecially me, now, he is no longer with us. Melania and my sympathy His beautiful wife Erikaand family. Charlie, we love you! ”
The shooting occurred around 1:20 p.m. local time as Kirk spoke on his “America Comeback Journey”. Video shared on social media shows Kirk appears to be shot dead in his neck while talking under a tent in the university courtyard.
Shortly after the shooting, a person was detained, but the person was not considered a suspect.
According to CNN, the suspect fired a gun from about 200 yards.

Kirk combined the American Turnaround Point in 2012 at the age of 18 in 2012. He has continued to be one of the most influential voices in the conservative media in the years since. His podcast, “The Show by Charlie Kirk”, ranked ninth on the Apple Podcast in the news Wednesday afternoon.
Trump’s close ally was 79 years old, Kirk worked directly with him His 2024 presidential campaign. Trump attributed him to him after the election to help call up young voters.
Kirk married former Miss Arizona Erika Frantzve 2012. The couple shared a 3-year-old daughter and 16-month-old son.
