“In January, I had a massive abdominal surgery in London and my condition was non-cancerous,” she announced at the time. “However, the surgery was successful after the surgery found that the cancer was already there. So my medical team recommended that I undergo preventive chemotherapy and now I am in the early stages of that treatment.”
Kate went on to say that she and William had shared the news with their three children.
“William and I have been doing everything we can to deal with and manage this issue privately,” she added.
