Among the documents released by the House Oversight Committee, one stands out in its tone: a glossy 238-page scrapbook that provides a rare and unusually intimate glimpse of Jeffrey Epstein’s self-curated network.
Ghislaine Maxwell wrote the infamous “Birthday Book” in 2003, as Epstein’s 50th place includes the former president’s notes Bill Clinton, Alan Dershowitz and photos of girlfriends, animals, children’s paintings, juxtapose with financiers and politicians – today’s dramatic characters are even more disturbing today.
Maxwell wrote to Epstein at the beginning of the book, and she wanted to “collect stories and old photos to jog your memories of places, people and different events.” She hopes he can “get as much fun as possible from browsing it” as he assembles for him.
Later in the book, these two Canoodling photos were captioned with the title “First Date” and marked 1991.

Maxwell was found guilty of sexual trafficking and other crimes in 2021 and convicted of 20 years in prison. Prosecutors said she played a central role in Epstein’s plan, drawing underage girls into massages and escalating to sexual abuse.
Maxwell told the deputy attorney general that he is now 63 years old and has been jailed since his arrest in 2020 Todd Blanche In late August, she had no effect in sexual exploitation of minors. When asked about “Birthday Book,” she told Blanche that she could only remember some of it, adding that it has been a few years since she compiled it.

Dershowitz, a former Harvard law professor who once represented Epstein in a criminal investigation, made a joke with his birthday notes about jokes that influenced media coverage.
“Dear Jeffrey, as a birthday gift for you, I managed to get an early version of the Vanity Unfair article. I speak, shifting the focus from you to Bill Clinton, and as you can see from the closed excerpts, happy birthday and best greetings.”

Dershowitz repeatedly denied wrongdoing related to Epstein.
The birthday book also contains emotional information about family and friends. In a word, Epstein’s mother, Pauline Stolofsky Epstein, wrote: “She has been recalling since Ghislaine asked me to write about you.”
“Jeff[,] You have been a good son since day one and we have been proud of you ever since. ” said Epstein’s mother.

She also mentions Epstein’s life as a bachelor, and his famous media yelling.
“At 21, Metropolitan Magazine called you a bachelor’s degree this month,” wrote Pauline Epstein. “You still have this title today.”

The book features hundreds of photos from Epstein’s life to the age of 50, including photos of him as a child and a teenager.

Some of the earlier images include family pictures, regular school pictures and photos of him hanging out with friends as a teenager.

The book also reveals Epstein’s shirtless, images of Epstein embracing women, and censored photos that appear to be him, Maxwell hugging in the pool with a smile. The book also includes photos of mating lions and zebras.

The title also includes a photo of a woman in a bikini: “Come to you in Palm Beach. Can’t get privacy with you and get a camera around Ha Ha Ha Ha!”
