Trump encourages Americans to pray for weekly prayers before their 250th birthday

Exclusive – President Donald Trump will pray at the Bible Museum in Washington, D.C. today, while Faith-driven initiatives 250th birthday to the United States.

Inspiring plans call on Americans to devote their time every week Pray for the country And emphasize that faith is the core of the founding and future of the country.

“President Trump restored one of America’s most outstanding and powerful basic principles – we are a nation,” White House spokeswoman Taylor Rogers told Fox News Digital. “As we approach the 250th anniversary of the greatest country in the world, President Trump invited Americans to pray for our country and our people. In the power of prayer, America is even stronger.”

The initiative also recommends that people have at least 10 other people attend prayers every week.

The announcement will follow Trump’s Iowa State Public Back in July, he began a formal celebration of the year-long U.S. for 250 years.

“When we are ready to celebrate two and a half centuries of freedom, I invite the great religious groups in the United States to pray for our country and our people,” Trump said at the time. “From the beginning, this has been a nation that has been maintained and strengthened by prayer. If we make religion stronger, you will see that everything will be better. So when we draw our routes as routes for the next 250 years, let’s re-bring ourselves as a country under God.”

The launch of American Prayer extends that message to faith-oriented initiatives.

Faith leaders gathered around the president’s efforts. Franklin GrahamSamaritan’s Wallet President noted: “Our biggest battle is on the knees, and through the United States, we can pray together for God’s guidance and protection of this land.”

Pastor Clint Pressley of the Southern Baptist Convention added that prayer is “a public testimony of our dependence on God on wisdom and strength.”

Some of the U.S. initiatives have also established partnerships from the entire faith community, including Samaritan’s wallets, Pray.com, Hallow, National Religious Broadcast, The Alliance for Faith and Freedom, and dozens of churches and ministries across the country.

The effort reflects the spirit defined since the founding of the United States: a people who rely on faith, demanding God’s blessing to the nation as they enter the next 250 years.
