A follower said of the little girl: “How old is she?

Critics want to know why Mamdani condemns the impact of mobile phones and social media on children and why children are used in social media advertising.

“Why do you use your kids to promote your political agenda?” complained of another follower commenting on the post of the boy’s interview.

“He can express his personal opinion and promote the people he wants, and using the kids to do it is unacceptable,” one commentator wrote.
