Kesari Chapter 2 explores the story of the brave lawyer activist C Sankaran Nair, who dares to challenge the British Empire after the terrifying massacre of Jallianwala Bagh. The film also sheds light on various conspiracies planned by General Dell, leading to the cruel murder of countless innocent souls on April 13, 1919. Although Nair was a former member of the Governor’s Council, accepted the knights of the empire and began a missionary to appeal to the British Empire. He faces numerous obstacles in the process, but his determination and patriotism remain unpopular.

The film is based on the book “The Case of Shocking the Empire” by Raghu Palat and Pushpa Palat. The film is a spiritual sequel to the 2019 film Kesari, which also stars as the lead role of Akshay Kumar.
