Democratic Socialist Senator Bernie SandersI-Vt. Joined with New York City’s Democratic mayor nominee Zohran Mamdani on Saturday to fight the oligarchs of U.S. financial capital.

“It is an honor to welcome Senator Sanders to New York City as we battle greedy, billionaires and corrupt politicians responsible for the affordability crisis,” Mandani said in a statement ahead of the Battle Oligarchy event in Brooklyn.

Since his Battle Oligarch Tour started this year, Sanders’ campaign has touted more than 34 people at 34 rallies in 20 states.

Fox News Digital approached Republican nominees Curtis Sliwa, Cuomo and Adams about Mamdani’s activities with Sanders, but received no immediate response.
