The Kansas City Chiefs and Los Angeles Chargers are in the long 2025 NFL season away from home.
AFC Western Conference rivals will fight in Sao Paulo at Brazilian Arena on Friday, September 5 as part of the NFL 2025 International Game Timetable.
In recent years, the NFL has worked hard to expand its coverage internationally, including a September 2024 game between the Philadelphia Eagles and the Green Bay Packers at the Corinthian Arena.
“After a successful and memorable first game in Brazil in 2024, we are pleased to confirm that the league returns to Sao Paulo with the Los Angeles Chargers for the designated team, which will be the incredible next chapter in the market,” NFL Brazil General Manager Louis Martinez explain When the game was announced in February. “We will continue to make history together and look forward to bringing unforgettable experiences to enthusiastic fans in Brazil.”
According to Mayor St. Paul Ricardo NunesThe game between the Eagles and the Packers brought more than $60 million in funding to the city last year and expects that number to “expand further this year.”
Nearly 50,000 fans are expected to sell Corinthians in the game between the Chiefs and the Chargers.

The NFL schedule has held seven international games in the 2025 season, three of which are held in London.
Two London games will be held at Tottenham Stadium on October 5 – Minnesota Vikings vs. Cleveland Browns, the Denver Broncos will play against the New York Jets on October 12, while Los Angeles Rums and Jacksonville Jaguars will play at Wembley Stadium on October 19.
The Vikings also played against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Dublin on September 28.
Berlin will host the Atlanta Falcons and Indianapolis Colts on November 9, with the international schedule facing the Washington Commander and the Miami Dolphins on November 16 in Madrid.

Chiefs and Chargers both arrived in Brazil earlier this week, with some of the biggest stars in the NFL flocking to opportunities Helps expand the league’s influence.
“We are trying to play this game globally,” the chiefs nervous Travis Kelce Tell reporters on Thursday, September 4. “We are lucky that Brazil is interested in seeing more of the NFL.”
Kelce, 35, added: “It’s so fun to see everyone get excited about this game, we’ve loved it since we were young, man. Being able to go out here and show it in a great way and to show everyone who we really like the game.”
