Staff apartments are just steps away from temporary housing
according to Pinkvilla Gauri Khan rented a 725-square-foot apartment in the Pankaj Society in Pali Hill, the report said. The apartment consists of a lobby, a kitchen, two bedrooms and two toilets. It is only about 100 metres from their current temporary residence in the Puja Casa building. The monthly rent for this employee’s accommodation is Rs 1.35 lakh. Margin Rs 4.05 lakh Payment has also been made.
The agreement was signed for three years, including a 5% increase in rents per year. The apartment has been rented from Sanjay Kishor Ramani and will be used for employee accommodation, according to the documents. Until April 2028. Gauri Khan is known for his work in interior design, and he made the arrangement to ensure their employees remain nearby, while Mannat transformed.
Khan Family’s Large Renovation in Puja Casa & Mannat
Earlier this year Shah Rukh Khan Rented two luxurious duplex apartments in Puja Casa owned by the Bhagnani family. The new temporary home spans four floors with a total carpet area of approximately 10,500 square feet. The total monthly rent paid by the family of the two units is Rs 2.4 lakh per month, according to Indian Express.
Meanwhile, the Mannat is being renovated to add two layers. The bungalow is a Class 2-B heritage structure that requires special permission for any changes. A complaint was also filed with the National Green Tribunal, claiming that the renovation started without proper removal.
Despite these obstacles, the Khan family is still maintaining their style and comfort. Shah Rukh and Gauri have been talking about their emotional attachment to Mannat. Over the years, they have put in a lot of effort and love to make it their dream home.
