Canadian police said one person died and at least six people were injured in a massive stabbing attack in aboriginal community in Manitoba.
On Thursday, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) said the suspect in the stabbing was also dead.
The “serious incident” occurred in a hollow water country about 200 kilometers (124 miles) north of Winnipeg.
Provincial Health Bureau Share Health said in a statement to the BBC that eight people were transported to local hospitals by air or ambulance.
