First on Fox: In the newly released video obtained by Fox News Digital NASA Agent Administrator Sean Duffy announced that the United States will return to the moon before President Donald Trump leaves office and announced that the United States will win the “second space race” against China.

The video reveals Duffy’s vision for Trump’s appointment of acting executives Transportation Secretary.
