Legislators from Lone Star Country have created a bill that requires certain commercial sites to publish sexually clear content to verify the age of the person entering the site, which the Supreme Court regards as the Constitution, noting that at least 21 other states impose similar regulations on sexual material Harmful to minors.
Those who access a clear website need to use government-issued proof of identity or a “commercially reasonable approach to relying on public or private transaction data.”
The site can perform verification by itself or third-party services.

When preventing children from getting the opportunity to “obscene child speech,” states sometimes take steps to prevent adults from watching it – but, even for adults, it’s an expression of constitutional protection.
“But if Texas can do better, what if Texas can watch the cover of speech HB 1181 without compromising the rights of adults to protect constitutionally? This is the ultimate question for me to disagree with the court.”
