IDonald Trump’s administration has left unprecedented traces in the United States in just seven months. From rewrite Free Trade Rules raise Due process specifications and challenging Scientific orthodoxNo corner of the country was affected, including the president’s own center of power: the Oval Office.

The president, in his own words, leaned towards his career as a real estate developer and hotel operator, said in his own words some “Ace” decorative decoration of the room. The result has been spread, with some claiming the remodeled office a symbol of the new golden age of the United States, while others compare it to the locker room of professional wrestlers.

In March, a Fox News host was asked about some new gold details while visiting the Oval Office in March. He described the room as a “a little bit of life” and went on to explain how difficult it is to make the golden paint look like gold.

This obvious obstacle has not prevented the president from continuing to undergo renovations. Over the next few months, the “gold” was lifted up, laying gold on the ceiling, door frames and fireplaces. Even the carved Cherubim is painted gold on the inside of the door frame.

In his administration’s months, the number of gold trophys and vases littered across mantels has been multiplied by, and now there are even gold coasters with the Trump name.

A White House spokesman told Fox News that Trump personally paid for the “highest quality” of gold.

The president also multiplied by the number of paintings on display, nearly 20 images of the president’s predecessor decorating the walls. His predecessor, Joe Biden, had only six paintings on the wall. Barack Obama has only photos of two former presidents.

Contacted the White House for comment, but aides had previously told us the media that every addition is towards the president’s guidance. To help the cause, Trump reportedly called for help with his personal “golden guy.”

John Icart, a 70-year-old cabinet maker from Florida, was reportedly flew to Washington on Air Force One to provide the White House with the prosperity he brought to Trump’s Palm Beach building Mar-a-lago. The gilded carving Icart was added to the room, prompting White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt to describe it as “the golden office of the golden age.”

Others are more critical. It was musician Jack White who compared the room to the wrestler’s dressing room, calling it “vulgar” and “gorgeous.”

reporter Jon Keegan pointed out The fancy decorative medallions on the walls of the room are not just similar to the “foam veneer accessories” available on the Chinese e-commerce website Ali Baba, which costs just $1 per piece.

It is well known that the golden artifacts of a more auspicious lineage are multiplied throughout the mantle. From the White House’s own collection, including 19th-century France Combinerto President James Monroe’s Gilded Urn and to the Silver of Eisenhower’s Government.

Trump’s style is said to be inspired by the Mirror Hall in Versailles, who in the past boasts that his Florida banquet hall itself was modeled on a French palace.

But in making these changes to the Oval Office, Trump placed himself in a long tradition, seeing every White House residents adjust the decorations to their favorites, including new furniture, wallpaper and carpets. But perhaps no further presidential transfers the aesthetics of its former presidential homeland to Washington.

In his final year of his presidency, Obama was asked about the most important art or object in the Oval Office. He pointed at the carpet under his feet. Handmade for him in a studio in Michigan, this is a nearly 10-meter carpet around the U.S. leaders, including Abraham Lincoln, John Kennedy and Theodore Roosevelt.

Martin Luther King is Obama’s favorite line: “The arc of the moral universe is long, but it bent down in the direction of justice.”

A few months later, when Trump began moving into the White House, the winding story of America took another unexpected turn, with Obama’s precious carpet being abandoned and instead covered with a golden floor.
