Jamil Bahlouli was found in an Austin house and deportation officials tried to arrest him as part of a 2020 dismissal order, the Justice Department said.
When authorities found Balulli at the door of his house, he “refused to be arrested and took lawsuits designed to prevent or block his deportation and deportation and, in accordance with a distinguished final dismissal order, he slammed the door of deportation officials,” court documents show.
