Friday’s federal judge stopped Trump administration By expanding speeding up illegal immigration, it is said that the risk of imposing rapid deportation within the United States is too high and may affect unqualified foreigners.
U.S. District Judge Jia Cobb’s ruling in Washington, D.C. prevented the Trump administration from using accelerated dismissal to grant parole status.
“The court has no doubts about the constitutionality of the accelerated evacuation regulations or the long-term application at the border,” Cobb wrote in a 48-page opinion.

The opinion continues: “It is simply a view that the government must bear due process in the absence of due process in the application of regulations to a group of people living in that country who have never been promptly removed from office before. The current procedures are insufficient.”
Earlier this month, Cobb temporarily blocked the Trump administration’s efforts to expand the rapid deportation of immigrants who legally entered the United States under humanitarian parole.
