Later, the second all-gender restroom was on the same floor, and the area said it was to address unfair concerns. The district said at the time that students would also continue to use gender-specific bathrooms and single-level full-sex restrooms.

The federal government said the region proposed a proposed resolution that included four conditions that would have to be agreed within the next 10 days to resolve the matter and avoid the risk of “imminent execution lawsuits.”

“Denver Public Schools have converted a gender-separated restroom designated as East High School girls into a ‘all-gender’ facility and allowed students to use a “all-gender” facility based on their “gender identity” rather than their intimate facilities, rather than their biological sexual behavior,” the Assistant Deputy Secretary of Action, i.e. Civil Rights, violates Title IX and its Enforcement Regulations.

“The district is therefore creating a hostile environment for its students by endangering their safety, privacy and dignity, while denying them access to equal educational activities and opportunities,” he continued. “Denver is free to recognize a self-deception of a gender ideology, but not free to accept federal taxpayer funds and harm students who violate Chapter IX. The Trump administration will work tirelessly to maintain responsible school districts to master ideology fanatics and policies that are related to the educational experience of Surry students.”

The proposed resolution will require the district to re-designate all-gender bathrooms back to the sexually designated multi-station restroom, abolishing any policy or guidance, allowing students to access the bathroom based on gender identity rather than biological gender, rather than adopting a “biologically based definition” in all policies and the terms “male” and “female” associated with titteriacs.

The district also has to issue memorandums to schools to confirm that they must provide “protect students’ privacy, dignity and security, and that every gender has access to the bathroom.” It is also necessary to declare Title IX compliance to ensure that girls are not discriminated against in any educational program or event.
