Twin Waterspout was found on the Manatee River in Bradenton, Florida. The video shows several drivers stopping on the side of the bridge and seeing the weather wonders.
The waters formed due to the storm, said the chief meteorologist at WFTS-ABC in Tampa Bay.
Waters like this are common and often brief during warmer months in Florida.
