A gunman opened fire outside Angel Church in Minneapolis, Minnesota on Wednesday morning, killing two children, eight and 10 children, and 17 others injured during the mass. Tom Bateman of the BBC spoke with Patrick Scallen, who lives near the church, and ran towards the gunfire.
