Wells explained this He started working As a celebrity personal assistant to Santa Barbara, he was “amazing” for a “very well-known” family, “almost welcomed me to their family”. Wells then moved to Los Angeles and decided to “continue” from his career.
“It took me several months Interviews with other celebrities “It was a famous number and ended up having an in-person interview with this guy. The interview went well and I got the job. I was excited. After moving to a big city like Los Angeles, it felt like a huge win. But almost immediately, the red flags started to show up.”
Wells claims that celebrities will scream in any moment of notification. “Once, he said he was shopping in the evening and got a call from that person saying he was “up”.
“There is no context, just anger,” Wells explained. “I don’t know what version I’ll get when I go to work. I work from their homes, so it’s inevitable. Once, this guy publicly humiliated me with more than 50 people for the first time, there were more than 50 people there, in front of another celebrity they were filming. [They] Screaming at me in front of everyone. ”
Wells claims the star will make “comments about my femininity” and claim “if I had lip glossed all the time, no one would have longed for me.”
“They put me in my face,” Wells said. “Including things about my upbringing, even when I was on Lexapro. Every time I tried to stand up for myself, they would tell me, ‘Go back to my days, you never say how you feel. You’ll get fired on the spot.’ Or they’ll find some way to let me tell me, ‘That’s all about LA.’
Wells shared that he “believed” celebrities for a while, feeling “trapped” and “feared to leave.” Wells said he woke up every day before work and woke up with “complete fear” – until he started “another screaming anger” about the pipeline problem until he reached a “breakthrough point.”
“I gave them more chances to stop yelling and then I finally broke,” Wells recalls.[I said]”Well, then you know, I’m quitting.” I started packing all my stuff and they said, “What did you say? Did you quit? Are you quitting? If you were to quit, you need to tell me now. I remember to pause and put my bag on the counter and say, “You can stop screaming at me, I’ll help you find a plumber, or you can keep screaming at me, I’ll walk out of that front door now.” You choose. ‘”
Wells claimed the celebrity decided to continue to “scream”, so he walked towards the front door. Before he quit, the star said, “You can free up all the Taylor you want from here, but you will always hate it.” Wells told celebrities to “look in the mirror” before driving home and sending “last goodbye text.”
He shared a screenshot of a text message, which was partially hybridized, but read: “I’m already screaming and on the receiving end of your fist. I’m not a human punching bag. … I’ve given you multiple opportunities to calm you down, you’ve been screaming, you’ve been screaming, you’ve been having to offer you abuse, but I may no longer be busy with you, but I’m no longer able to be in the workplace and my workplace, and I’m no longer mine, I’m no longer mine, I’m ”””””””””””””””””””””””””””””””””””””””””””””””””””””””””””””
Wells ended up making a “huge commitment” to himself. “I will never let anyone disrespect me again, and I will always advocate for myself,” he said. “Graduated respect, not respect. If you work in a job, it is that you feel you have to compromise on peace or tolerate this abuse, then you won’t. You can speak for yourself. Sometimes, walking away is the bravest thing you can do.”
Wells’ posts have accumulated since then More than 1 million viewshas over 33,000 comments on social media platforms.
“I’m a personal assistant in the entertainment industry,” Wells subtitled the position. “This is the story of how I stood in a few months of emotional + verbal abuse and I worked hard and quit on the spot. I’ve been going on for many years, but it’s my story and it’s the time. It’s the moment I realized I didn’t move to Los Angeles. If you ever stayed at work to pay your spiritual payments…I’ll see your rent…I’ll see you.”
He added in the upload: “Update: Everyone says a name – I’m under NDA and can’t legally disclose who this person is.”
