DNC adjourns the Minneapolis Conference shooting at Catholic school near the DNC meeting

Minneapolis – Commission of Democratic States (DNC) A summer meeting was held in Minneapolis, Minnesota Wednesday morning due to less than 10 minutes of shooting at the Catholic school.

Within minutes of the start of the big meeting, through voice vote, the DNC postponed Wednesday afternoon meeting, approved all business and adopted the resolution, rules and regulations committee report to vote on Tuesday.

Before the recess, DNC Chairman Ken Martin called on the committee to pray and provided DNC support to the site of the Catholic Catholic school and to the children at nearby hospitals.

“This is the first week of notification to students,” Martin said Wednesday. “These families woke up this morning to celebrate milestones in their children’s lives. Milestones like the first week of kindergarten. We were heartbroken. It was a miserable day in our city, a miserable day for Minnesota.”

Martin reminded Democrats that Wednesday’s shooting follows a “tragic year where we have lost dear friends Melissa and Mark Hotman”.

News of the shooting broke for several minutes before Martin addressed the Democrats during an executive committee meeting Wednesday morning.

“I just want to announce some news,” Martin began. “I’m not trying to scare or shock any of you. It shocks me. There’s an active shooter here in Minneapolis. Currently, there’s an unknown victim in the church, and the school EMS calls for massive casualties responders.”

Martin asked any doctor, nurse or first responder to support what he called a “very important shooting.”

“We will continue to have the meeting.” Martin said before this morning.

When the DNC president spoke again throughout the meeting, he called on Rep. Joyce Beatty (D-Ohio) to Joyce Beatty (D-Ohio), who proposed a motion to suspend the meeting.

“It’s a very, very miserable time This community now. The breaking news is that there are 20 victims, almost all the children. ” said Martin.

Andrew Lachman, a member of the DNC committee from California, told Fox News numbers: “This shouldn’t happen.”

He added: “The fact that the attack is said about the state of this country. Gun violence is always the fact that we have been in the back seat and not to solve the problem.”

The DNC Winter Conference is scheduled to begin on December 11, 2025 in Los Angeles, California.
