SpaceX launches Starship rocket launch in stunning comeback

SpaceX has successfully tested the latest generation of rocket ships, reversing the disappointing trend of failure.

The world’s largest and most powerful rocket exploded at 18:30 BST (23:30 BST) local time, and conducted a 60-minute nail flight.

Part of the engine appeared to explode in one phase, with the flaps on the side of the rocket igniting and spinning from left to right.

NASA plans to use the interstellar spacecraft to send humans to the moon in 2027 to participate in its ambitious Artemis program.

“Excellent work from the SpaceX team!!”, SpaceX CEO Elon Musk posted on X.

He will welcome success after the launch of three starships this year Exploded on the launch pad in June.

The Starship is by far the largest and most powerful rocket-making. It consists of a booster called Super Heavy and Spacecraft Starship.

These signs are positive from the start of Tuesday’s test flight. All 33 engines of the booster were launched, and about seven minutes later, the booster separated from the spacecraft and fell into the Gulf of Mexico.

The interstellar spacecraft continued to rise, reaching the maximum altitude of nearly 200 kilometers before the coast around the earth.

SpaceX said it intends to put the rockets under pressure to test its limits, and during the descent, part of the rocket’s flaps appear to burn and waving.

The company designed Starship as a day, and is a fully reusable transport system that can bring people to the moon and Mars.

The Rockets’ first version had five successful releases, but all attempts to launch the latest version ended with a spectacular explosion.

An explosive flight in March Debris causing debris to rain in the Bahamas, Turks and Caicos Islands in the Caribbean.

But SpaceX did succeed in performing the “Chopsticks” operation, which grabbed the rocket booster when the mechanical weapon returned to Earth.

In June, a Starship rocket exploded on a Texas launch pad while preparing for a test flight.

This is also a high risk for NASA. It has signed up for SpaceX to bring humans to the moon using a modified version of the Starship, which is the Artemis project for 2027, although most observers say the date will almost certainly slide.

Mr. Musk hopes to reach the earliest certification for human travel next year, and suggests it will start non-tug flights to Mars within the next 12 months.

SpaceX’s spell has failed quickly, learn to learn quickly. Instead of taking a cautious approach, it always aims to move quickly, and when the rocket explodes, the company says it’s just an opportunity to collect performance data.

But after three consecutive defeats this year, SpaceX’s future and whether Mr. Musk spent too much time in American politics.

The wealthiest person in the world is a major supporter of U.S. President Donald Trump’s campaign in 2024, and the two men were close allies until the fall in June.

Starship suffered heavy damage and bruises on Tuesday’s return to Earth, but it’s a big step forward for companies that need to prove that it can bring humans to the moon safely and reliably.
