“President Trump has once again ‘shot through Tweet’ to social media, his reflex for bullying is flawed again, and his demands lack the proper process, basis or legal authority,” Lowell said in a statement shared with Fox News Digital.

“We will take any action to prevent his illegal action,” Lowell added.
