President Donald Trump On Sunday, the Senate’s “blue skating” tradition blew up his appointment rights unconstitutional and claimed that his rights were “completely taken away by me in a state where there was only one Democratic senator.”
The president refers to his ability to nominate judges and American lawyers, accusing his customs of essentially giving Democrats a veto on his nominee.

Blue One Way is a long tradition, but not a codified law, which constitutionally only allows him to nominate, and the Senate eventually approves or rejects the nomination.
Trump’s frustration with the Senate’s blue skating practice is nothing new. In July, Trump called the tradition a “scam” that Democrats used to stop his nominees and asked Grassley to stop supporting them.
“In short, the president of the United States will never allow the appointment of the person of his own choice due to ancient, possibly unconstitutional ‘customs’.”

During his first term, Trump was able to appoint 234 Federal Judgeincluding three Supreme Court judges and 54 Court of Appeal judges. However, only five of them were confirmed in the first seven months of this semester.
Trump continues to say in his position that he is willing to put pressure on it and that Grassley should not abide by it.
“The only candidate I can confirm these most important positions is, whatever you believe, Democrats! Chuck Grassley should allow powerful Republican candidates to take on these very important and powerful roles and tell Democrats often tell us, go to hell!” he wrote.

Trump’s comments were posted in U.S. District Court Judge Matthew Brann recently ruled that Alina Habba has been acting as a U.S. attorney in New Jersey illegally, exceeding the 120-day limit for interim prosecutors, and that the administration has been using unusual manipulation to maintain her role.
Trump’s stress campaign could impact how many judicial vacancy he actually fills in the coming months.
