Former National Security Advisor John BoltonHe served in President Donald Trump’s first administration, the subject of the FBI’s attacks at his home and office Friday morning as federal authorities searched confidential documents.

The raid follows a long history between Trump and Bolton, which has transformed into a repeated political blow to the two on the public stage.

“He’s a very quiet person except on TV, if he can say something bad to Trump,” Trump added. “He’s not a smart person, but he’s probably a very unpatriotic person. We’re going to find out.”

The remarks responded to past comments, and the two shared their dissatisfaction on public forums, most notably Trump hired Bolton as his National Security Consultant in 2018.

Since Trump’s crazy ceremony, Fox News Digital has reviewed the couple’s relationship, by removing Bolton as a national security adviser and continuing conflicts, which the couple has shared with.

After the FBI raid, Trump-Bolton’s hatred resumed its focus: “Never had a clue… What a soup!”

“I like (Bolton),” Trump said in 2015 weeks after announcing his campaign for the White House. “I think he’s a tough cookie and knows what he’s talking about.”

Bolton was first speculated to be Secretary of State Trump in December 2016, when Trump prepared for his first inauguration after his unhappy victory Hillary Clinton In the election that year. Bolton showered Trump with his acclaim before he became a National Security Advisor in 2018, and when the administration started in 2017, it was collectively called “a remarkable person.”

Warm relationships became more comfortable when Trump announced on X in 2018 that he called on Bolton to serve as national security adviser.

“I am pleased to announce that starting on 18/18 @AmbJohnBolton will be my new national security advisor. I am very grateful to General HR McMaster, who has done a great job and will always be my friend. There will be a formal contact exchange on 4/9.”

“I don’t really want this afternoon,” Bolton said on Fox News shortly after the announcement. “But it’s obviously a huge honor to serve our country and always an honor.”

The two are taking issues such as the Iran nuclear deal from the joint integrated action plan, a deal with other world powers to limit Iran’s nuclear capabilities.

Trump eventually pulled the U.S. out of the deal in 2018, lashing it out as “a terrible unilateral deal that has never been made.” Mike Pompeo.

When Bolton’s relationship with Trump began to deteriorate as he put in a tough strategy for opponents, including Iran and North Korea. He has long advocated changes in the Tehran regime, although he later clarified his role as a national security adviser that U.S. policy is “not a change in regime” but a push for “great changes in regime behavior.” By contrast, Trump initially favored a more diplomatic path, urging him to renegotiate the flaws he saw in the Iran nuclear deal before eventually deciding to withdraw from the deal altogether.

“John Bolton is definitely an eagle. If it’s up to him, he’ll take over the whole world at once, okay?” Trump said of Bolton in June 2019, highlighting the bubbling tensions in the foreign policy between the two.

In April 2018, Bolton suggested North Korea follow Libya’s example of denuclearization, which he called the “Libyan model” and included the country’s abandonment of its nuclear weapons in 2003 in exchange for the lifting of economic sanctions. Bolton’s comments on the North Korean model have sparked condemnation from Pyongyang as they raised concerns that it would lead to potential regime changes.

A few days before Bolton’s ouster, Trump planned to meet with Taliban leaders to negotiate peace in Afghanistan, but the meeting was never held, and Bolton reportedly put in a huge effort in his conversation with Trump, reportedly.

Bolton was removed from his post as national security adviser from September 10, 2019, which Trump described as a dismissal, who Bolton said he filed for resignation and was not fired.

Trump tweeted in 2019: “Last night I told John Bolton that he no longer needed his services. I strongly opposed many of his suggestions, like everyone else in the administration, so I asked John to resign, which was given to me this morning. I am very grateful for John’s service.

Bolton shot at X, who was “willing to resign last night, and President Trump said: ‘Let’s talk tomorrow.'”

The former national security adviser was replaced by Robert C. O’Brien, and many years later, Trump and Bolton continued their controversial relationship.

Vice President JD Vance said Friday in a “Meeting Media” that the raid on the Bolton home was part of “an early stage of the ongoing investigation by John Bolton.” In the early morning raid, Bolton was not arrested or detained.

According to Fox News, the focus of these searches is on potential classification documents that agents believe Bolton may still have.
