Department of Homeland Security Tweeted Wednesday The term “undocumented immigration” is equivalent to the pronoun “they/they”.
“DHS has no interest in the open border pronouns of the left,” the department said in a statement.
DHS says “Aliens” are technology and legal terms also known in the press as illegal immigration. The agency added that “illegal” is the only way to correctly describe offenders.
“Next, you know you’re going to call it a thief’s unlicensed house reception,” the statement said.

Federal law includes multiple references to the term “illegal alien” or “alien” to describe people who are illegal or without proper documents.
In USC (U.S.C.) 1182 and 1227 – the use of provisions for foreign nationals involved and dismissed – the use of the terms “unacceptable foreigner” and “driveable foreigner”.
In federal regulations, employment and public welfare are defined, 8 USC 1324 (a) and 8 USC 1611 describe “illegal employment of foreigners” and “foreigners are not eligible for federal public welfare.”
The lawmakers said illegal truck drivers were “deported” to California.
In criminal law, 8 USC 1324 describes the illegal act of “introducing and hiding certain aliens.” The regulation is often mentioned by right-wing commentators during the Biden administration to emphasize textual precedents for the use of the term “illegal foreigner.”

“‘Aliens are technical legal terms, and that’s what DHS will use,” the department said in a statement.
DHS uses the term undocumented immigration to cite three recent media stories, including in Indiana, Texas and New Jersey Press.
