President Trump was allowed to control the National Guard deployed to Los Angeles in a unanimous ruling by the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals on Thursday.

The ruling was a lower court order that ordered the troops to be ordered back to California Governor Gavin Newsom.

Trump’s decision to deploy the National Guard since 1965 is the first president of the state National Guard president.

The court said in the document that they believed the president made a legitimate decision.

“We have reached such respect and concluded that the President will likely exercise his statutory mandate under Section 12406(3) law, which authorizes the National Guard federal government to enforce U.S. laws when the President cannot enforce U.S. laws.”

The court also said they disagree with the New York governor’s argument that the president’s decision to completely isolate members of the California National Guard under USC §12406, which is completely out of judicial review.

Although the president failed to notify the governor before deploying the National Guard as required by law, the court cited Newsom’s authority to reject the president’s order.
