Democratic governor signs bill to extend financial aid to illegal immigration

Illinois Government JB Pritzkeris a major Democratic leader and rumored that the presidential candidate, regardless of immigration status, signed a bill to all residents to open up student financial aid to all residents, opening up avenue for illegal immigrants living in the state to receive financial benefits for education.

The move was made by conservative Rep. Mary Miller (R-ill). Illegal immigration Illinois families and students “slapped in the face”.

The bill aims to establish “equity to qualify for financial aid and benefits” for all students in the state.

“A student who is an Illinois resident and who is not eligible for federal financial aid, including but not limited to trans students who have been disqualified for failing to obtain registration for selective services or who have not obtained legal permanent residence, should be eligible for financial aid and benefits.”

One of the sponsors of the bill was Democratic state Senator Celina Villanueva celebrated Pritzker’s signing of the bill, saying in a statement: “The law is to ensure that no students are left behind due to the place where they were born.”

A statement from the Villanueva office said the measure “eliminates confusing, sometimes conflicting requirements that exclude the remains of undocumented, commander and mixed status students.”

The statement said the law is related to any student residing in Illinois, making him or her eligible for a financial aid program funded or managed by a state, local government or public university.

The law “builds on Villanueva’s long-term advocacy for immigrants and first-generation students to gain support by creating more consistent and inclusive avenues”, the statement said.

“If you live in Illinois and are in higher education, you should get the same opportunities as your peers,” Villanueva said. “Illinois invests in all our students and we are committed to helping them succeed.”

Commenting on legislation, Miller told Fox News figures that “Allowing illegal foreign financial aid by taxpayers is a slap for hard work Illinois Family and students. ”

“Our state is flooding with debt, but JB Pritzker is determined to waste more taxpayer dollars to reward non-incorporated persons,” she said. “It’s absolutely shameful.”

A spokesman for the Republican Party of Illinois also got stuck, telling Fox News numbers, “Again, Gov. Pritzker proves that he is prioritizing illegal immigrants at the expense of Illinois families.”

The spokesman added: “Illinois taxpayers should not let their hard-earned taxpayers’ dollar benefits pay for illegal immigrants.

Pritzker’s office declined a request for comment from Fox News Digital. Villanueva’s office has not yet answered a request for comment at the time of publication of Fox News Digital.
