Taylor Swift is described in legal documents as one of Blake Lively’s “Dragons”

The judge decided that information between Blake Lively and Taylor Swift could be handed over to Justin Baldoni, part of his ongoing high-profile legal battle with the actress.

U.S. District Judge Lewis Liman ruled Wednesday that Lively and her friend Swift’s environment are related to the case. According to variety shows.

Lively’s team has applied to prevent Baldoni from getting information, deeming that they are irrelevant.

She sued Baldoni and his studio in December, accusing her of being sexually harassed at the scene and leading a campaign to “destroy” her reputation. He objected, but the judge dismissed his libel lawsuit last week.

In May, Bardoni’s lawyers tried to get a direct grasp of Swift’s own information by sending subpoenas to pop stars and her legal team.

But the subpoena was abandoned after Swift’s legal team opposed them to constitute an “unreasonable fishing expedition.”

Lively then tries to prevent Baldoni from gaining access to the message through the usual discovery process.

But the judge wrote on Wednesday: “Given that Lively represents a complaint or discussion of Swift’s work environment on the film, among other issues, the requests for information about Swift and Swift about the film and this action are reasonably tailored to discover information that can prove or oppose Lively’s claims of harassment and retaliation.”

To respond to the judge’s decision, the lively spokesperson Tell the billboard The actress “made more documents in this case” than Bardoni. They added that since last summer, Bardoni and his publicity team have been trying to drag Taylor Swift into the legend.

“We will continue to call on Bardoni to work tirelessly to capitalize on Ms. Swift’s popularity, starting from day one, which has only dispersed allegations of serious sexual harassment and retaliation from him and passers-by. [Studios] The Party faces face to face. “The spokesperson said.

However, Judge Liman said Lively’s statement was that for public relations purposes, Baldoni only involved Swift and “cannot prove the discovery related to the parties to refuse to do good.”

Bardoni’s representative declined to comment on the decision. Swift’s representative did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

“Taboo click bait”

Lively’s spokesman said they were “happy” when withdrawing the subpoena and would “continue to stand up for any third party who was unjustly harassed or threatened in the process.”

Prior to that, Swift’s representative told the BBC she was brought into law to create a “taboo clickbait.”

It was initially reported that Swift was summoned to provide information after allegedly trying to put pressure on Baldoni to accept Lively’s script rewrite.

Bardoni once said that he was invited to Lively’s home in New York to discuss the script’s changes, where Lively’s husband Ryan Reynolds and Swift served as her “Dragon”.

In response, Swift’s representative said: “She was not involved in any actor or creative decisions” and “never seen editors or take any notes on a movie.”

Variety also previously reported that Baldoni’s lawyers were using subpoena to get information related to the allegations related to Lively’s representatives and threatened to post old text messages if Swift did not issue a statement supporting her.

Lively’s attorneys denied the allegations were “clear, obvious mistakes.”

The case is scheduled to be tried in March 2026.
